I wanted to create an an environment

that utilized each and every corner of the building into a meaningful enriching  experience for its inhabitants ... Thus the building had a cozy sports lounge, a very interesting restaurant/bookshop, a Pool area that could easily be used for company parties, a roof garden for sitting down and drinking hot coffee on rainy days or just quiet book reading after work or the space could transform into a venue for open air concerts as well as an open air movie theater. Apartment building are usually so to the point, and they do not provide the comfort of living in a suburban house, the point was to create enough interesting nooks and corners for people to interact with other, talk to each other.
