Clients are a middle aged couple. Husbands a

sculptor and artist, wife is also an artist and a designer, revamps old pieces of furniture and discarded scrap into beautiful and
 functional furniture or sculptures. They design revamped lighting, light to medium sized sculptures, paintings, artsy furniture pieces. Basically they're a pretty innovative couple. Their target market are real-estate owners, home owners, tourists. Over the years they've developed a clientèle and a fan following. To develop a clientèle and to spark interest into new clients they want a very open interior of their work space, one which is people friendly and is designed to incorporate Professional observers and potential clients. They finish some of the bigger pieces at their warehouse outside the city and do smaller pieces and prototypes in this place.  So the work place will have a little coffee shop, to entertain the people coming to look at them while working.
